What is Zócalo? It’s unlike any other place in Milwaukee. With a diverse mix of food entrepreneurs and a full-service bar specializing in craft cocktails, Zócalo has something
Spanish for plaza or town square, Zócalo is a gathering place where everyone belongs. The expansive patio is the perfect spot to snag a seat and enjoy some global cuisine with a friend.
Using diverse and delicious food as a catalyst to unite people, Zócalo creates a community to exchange ideas, share experiences and spur the local economy.
The Zócalo courtyard has been transformed to house ten heated, weatherproof greenhouses that can hold up to six guests each. They are available for a 90-minute reservation Wednesday-Sunday through the end of January. In addition to a flat reservation fee, there is a one-drink minimum per guest. The Zócalo indoor tavern is also available for imbibing, no reservation required and for the truly adventurous, there are several outdoor picnic tables available for winter seating.
Zócalo is a platform for a diverse collective of food entrepreneurs to collaborate and share their craft with guests. These entrepreneurs strive to offer new cuisine concepts to Milwaukee and the highest-quality experience.
